Join three of Vancouver’s finest improvisers for a night of spectacular music…each artist will play a solo set and there will be some collaborative, improvised music beyond that.
Doors at 7pm, music starts at 7:20 sharp…
Tickets will be $7-10 (available in advance from the artists). 25% of proceeds will go to supporting the water defenders at Standing Rock.
Multi-instrumentalist, MC, & Vocalist, Mira blends old school sounds of soul, jazz & blues with a progressive spin as her dancing fingers pulse with each new genre blending territory she disovers. From R&B, to World Fusion music, her vocal finesse effortlessly carries her down to Earth & often, freestyled lyrical content.

Environmental activist and MC speaking to the things more powerful than us. Life, Death, Love, Nature, Community and the search for self and god. Accompanied by other talented musicians and never performing the same set twice MC Save The Whales seeks to empower the audience to embrace their truth and inner art in every moment.
JAIAquarian is dancer, vocalist, ukulele enthusiast and a lifelong lyricist. Beginning with a firm footing in spoken word, Jaia added study of the voice to his repertoire and quickly took up vocal looping and hip hop. Learning ukulele has honed his songwriting skills allowing him to perform intimate solo shows, as well as continuing to share stages as a vocalist with DJs and Producers such as Beatfarmer, AppleCat and Adham Shaikh. Founder and facilitator of a full expression workshop, VoiceBodyLove, Jaia’s path is to unlock full expression in himself and others and create music with an intent to engage the listener in creating a brighter future.
